Do I need to be home?
No. Most customers are at work. We just need gate access — a code or an unlocked side gate on your service day. We'll text you when we're on the way and when we're done.
What if my dog is in the yard?
We'll ask you to keep your dog inside during the visit window. If we arrive and your dog is out, we won't enter the yard — we'll message you and reschedule the visit.
Where does the waste go?
We double-bag it and place it in your black trash bin, lid closed — the standard practice in California. Nothing is left behind in your yard.
Is there a contract?
None. Service is month to month and you can pause or cancel anytime. Your card is billed once a month, automatically.
How many dogs are included?
Up to 5 dogs are included in the flat monthly price — no per-dog fees. Six or more, or a twice-a-week schedule for a big crew? Easy to arrange — just tell us in the booking form.
What if it rains?
Light rain doesn't stop a route. In severe weather we'll message you and move your visit to the next available day that week.
